Terms of Service
Terms for the personal tooling I run to publish my own videos and read my own channel statistics.
Scope
The software is private, single-operator tooling built and used by Eren Özcan. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, no accounts, and no paying customers. There is nothing for a third party to agree to; these terms exist because the platform APIs it uses require a published terms document.
Use
The software acts only on social accounts owned by me, using access I granted myself through each platform's official OAuth flow. It uploads content I created, with text I wrote, and reads statistics for those same accounts.
Platform rules
Use of the YouTube Data API is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Use of the Instagram and TikTok APIs is subject to those platforms' own terms. Where any of those rules conflict with what this software does, the platform's rules take precedence and the software is changed to match.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, for personal use, without warranty of any kind. It is not sold, licensed, or distributed to anyone.
